Fifosys Named Among Top Global MSPs in 2024’s 501 Rankings

We're delighted to announce that Fifosys has been recognised as one of the world’s top-performing managed service providers in the 2024 Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings. We placed 103rd overall (and, most impressively, fourth across all European companies), marking a drastic rise from last year’s finish of 185th.

Such a rise further highlights our commitment to growth, profitability, and innovation within the technology industry.

Channel Futures MSP 501

For the past 17 years, managed service providers (MSPs) worldwide have aspired to be included on the Channel Futures MSP 501 list.

Speaking about the achievement, Founder and Managing Director Mitesh Patel said: "A spot on this list signifies a milestone accomplishment for anybody in the managed services sector - it's no small accomplishment or gimmick.

"We're incredibly proud of appearing on this list and congratulate the 500 other MSPs worldwide who made the cut, too. None of this would be possible without our brilliant team and the hard work they've put in over the last 12 months.

"With the recent acquisition of TMB, we have an even wider talent pool to support us in 2025 - here's to cracking the top 100 next year!"

How do you appear on the list?

Applicants must undergo a stringent review conducted by the Channel Futures research team and editors.

You must pass a first-round review, including surpassing a minimum annual and managed services revenue threshold. Then, a deeper review of these top-managed IT service providers' financials examines weighted annual revenue, EBITDA as a percentage of total revenue, and recurring revenue as a percentage of total revenue.

The ranking methodology weighs all of these before giving a conclusive list. This year reflects one of the most competitive surveys in its history, so we're delighted to be included.

Recognition and Celebration

Channel Futures will honor the winners on its website and we look forward to joining them for a special ceremony at the MSP Summit from September 16-19, 2024, in Atlanta, GA.

This event is a celebration of the best in the technology services industry, recognising those who deliver outstanding vendor and platform-neutral advice and value to small, midsized, and enterprise customers.

Achievements of the MSP 501 Winners

The MSP 501 winners, including Fifosys, represent the pinnacle of the managed services industry. Collectively, they generated nearly $25 billion in revenue, with an average growth in recurring revenue of 19%. These organisations are renowned for their expertise in areas such as AI, cloud, security, collaboration, networking, help desk, and remote monitoring and management.

Dave Raffo, MSP editor and MSP 501 project manager, commended the winners, stating, "The 2024 Channel Futures MSP 501 winners survived a challenging market and emerged as the highest performing and most innovative IT providers in the industry today. The most impressive thing about the MSP 501 winners is they deliver for their customers every day. These are the most innovative, driven, and successful MSPs in a fiercely competitive industry."

Bob DeMarzo, VP Content, Informa Channels, added, "For a managed service provider to attain a spot on the Channel Futures MSP 501, everything must be operating at peak performance. This list represents the most productive, profitable, fastest-growing organisations in the technology industry focused on driving their customers to new heights."
