Fifosys ranked as one of the top 5 MSPs in Europe
In a record-breaking year of submissions, Fifosys is delighted to have been named among the top five Managed Service Providers across Europe in the 2021 MSP 501 List by Channel Futures.
The MSP 501 is the world's first, largest and most comprehensive survey and ranking list in the IT channel.
Every year, MSPs around the world throw their hats in the ring for a chance to become an MSP 501er, completing an extensive survey and application that details everything from product offerings to processes and revenues.
2021 Winners
With a record number of submissions, growth and innovation taking place across the last year, we are incredibly fortunate to have received recognition for the work we have carried out during these testing times.
We have made the list consistently since 2019, as seen in this blog post, and were honoured to be named the Number One MSP in the UK in the 2020 rankings.
In the 2021 list, we placed #91 overall, giving us a 4th place finish among all the European entrants.
Reaction
Mitesh Patel, Founder and Managing Director at Fifosys, reacted to the news by saying: 'It's been an incredibly challenging year for so many people and businesses, so we're once again proud to receive global recognition for our work.
'In 2019, I spoke of our long-term commitment to the technology sector and how driving a positive customer experience was at the heart of everything we do. Despite shifting to remote working, our principles have remained strong.
'Our team has worked incredibly hard to support essential businesses - such as those in the healthcare sector - to stay operational during COVID, so I'd like to thank everyone for their hard work and to Channel Futures for the recognition too.'
Whilst announcing the winners, Channel Futures stated the following:
'Systemic change is never easy, as is perfectly evidenced by the events of 2020. It takes courage, community and massive communication to enact real change and see real growth. Companies included on the 2021 MSP 501 list represent truly innovative and influential market leaders providing managed services to today's most demanding customers around the world.'
Findings from the 2021 Entrants
The list also offers insights that are then used to shape educational content from Channel Futures. Whilst listing the winners, they called this year 'The Dawn of a New Era for MSPs' before explaining the following:
'A few key nuggets came out of the data we asked partners to provide. Nearly every single company on the list offers managed security. Last year, 96% of the MSP 501 offered managed security. This increase shows just how pervasive information security services are when it comes to the health of the tech channel.
'The top revenue-producing solutions of the Channel Futures MSP 501 include help desk/service desk (69%), managed security (58%), BDR (43%) and RMM (32%). These are today's money makers. In terms of the biggest growth areas in 2021 and beyond, unsurprisingly, security was number one at 91%. Most of the subcategories, including endpoint security, network security, enhanced network monitoring, end-user security training, SIEM, etc., also showed significant upticks. Cloud migration came in at 62%. This of course shows that more and more shops are moving away from servers.'
The Final Word
We'd like to extend our congratulations to the other 500 MSPs who make up the Class of 2021 and reiterate our thanks to Channel Futures for acknowledging us once again.
